Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. Arrivals over 30 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and a 50% charge of the scheduled cost will be incurred. Please contact us as soon as possible if you will be late.
Treatment Reactions
All treatments carry a small risk of sensitivity or reaction. If a negative reaction occurs during a service, we will stop immediately and apply appropriate calming measures.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We currently accept cash, credit, debit and e-transfer. Prices are subject to HST.
Multiple Missed Appointments, Reschedules or No-Shows
At the discretion of the owner, a client may be respectfully dismissed due to multiple missed appointments, reschedules, late arrivals or no shows.
